Glass Cutting
We offer advanced glass cutting technologies to meet the diverse needs of modern industries—ranging from mass production to precision engineering. Our capabilities ensure optimal accuracy, edge quality, and material integrity across a variety of glass types and thicknesses.

1.Diamond Wheel Cutting – High-Speed, High-Efficiency Glass Cutting
Diamond wheel cutting is the most commonly used method for cutting glass in high-volume manufacturing. It combines speed, cost-effectiveness, and shape flexibility, making it ideal for general-purpose and large-scale production. Although it requires secondary edge finishing, it delivers an excellent balance between efficiency and precision for flat glass sheets.
Our CNC diamond wheel cutting process typically achieves a surface roughness (Ra) of 0.8 – 1.6 μm, minimizing the need for extensive edge grinding.
-
Maximum Size: 3660 × 2440 mm
-
Thickness Range: 0.7 – 15 mm
-
Tolerance: < 0.1 mm
-
Equipment: Fully Automated Diamond Glass Cutting Line
-
Best For: Large-format glass panels, display glass, and standard geometries
-
Benefits: Fast processing speed, low cost per cut, suitable for mass production

2.Waterjet Cutting – Precision Cutting for Complex and Thick Glass
Waterjet cutting uses a high-pressure stream of water, often mixed with abrasive particles, to precisely cut through glass without generating heat. This cold cutting method prevents thermal stress and micro-cracks, making it suitable for thick glass, heat-sensitive materials, and complex shapes. It offers minimal kerf width and excellent design flexibility.

3.Laser Cutting – Ultra-Precise, Non-Contact Glass Processing
Laser glass cutting delivers exceptional accuracy and smooth edges through a non-contact, heat-based process. Using a focused laser beam, this advanced technique is perfect for intricate geometries, micro-components, and applications requiring tight tolerances. Laser cutting ensures clean cuts with minimal mechanical stress on the glass surface.

4.Manual & Specialty Glass Cutting – Tubes, Rods, and Custom Shapes
We offer manual and specialty glass cutting services including tube and rod cutting, scribe cutting, and hand cutting, ideal for low-volume production, prototyping, and non-standard geometries. Our tube and rod cutting ensures clean, accurate separation of cylindrical glass used in scientific, medical, and lighting applications. Scribe cutting provides efficient straight-line scoring for cost-effective sheet processing, while hand cutting allows for irregular shapes and custom freeform designs with artisan precision.
